AdmissionsPortal started with a single enrolment — one nursery, a stack of printed forms, and a parent in Abu Dhabi trying to register his daughter. What should have taken minutes turned into PDFs over email, forms to print and scan, and a WhatsApp thread trying to keep track of it all. That frustration became the starting point.

The fix didn't need to be another system to learn. It needed to respect what a nursery's admissions already are — approved forms, working processes, full ownership of their families' data — and simply move the paper out of the way. That principle shaped every decision: your forms unchanged, your data never touched, live in under three weeks.
